A 26 year old female (JG) with a history of self-mutilation has been treated in a local outpatient community mental health clinic for the past two years. She was admitted four days ago to a psychiatric mental health unit after a fight with her boyfriend resulting in the JG cutting herself. JG revealed she has been using methamphetamine for the past year. She has no known allergies. The admission laboratory and diagnostic tests are normal except for the urine drug screen (UDS) which is positive for amphetamines. Blood Alcohol Level 0. There is no evidence of pregnancy or STD.
