His left shoulder area was cleaned with Betadine. 7 cc of 1% lidocaine and 1 cc of Kenalog were injected in his left subacromial bursa without complications. The patient was slightly nauseated. His blood pressure was 168/107. Heart rate was 79/minute and regular.
