response to:Healthcare workers who have an outlet outside of work are not effected as much with mental health issues such as stress, anxiety and burnout sydrome. Those who dont have an outlet outside of work respond differently to the stress of their working conditions. When the conditions of short staffed and more responsibilities are added to their current job, one may respond in a negative response to the people they serve. There needs to be more of a balance within the workplace and home. This is occuring more within the healthcare system as a whole. This problem needs to be fixed so healthcare workeres can have a positivie work environment at all times because they are providing service to those in need. When one feels the stress/anxiety of the needs of others before their own it leads to burnout syndrome.
