When I was on clinical setting Tuesday, I was on ICU unit to observe so many patients have respiratory disorder.  I saw one female patient on I CU Room, She Had every equipment for respiratory on.

I was with a respiratory therapist to observe some king of procedure. She shows me how to change the filter and clean. A female patient has a lot of fluid on her lung.  The patient a ready intubate, the tube keeps the trachea open so the air can get through. Explain me how to intubate her because to increase the oxygen and the patient blood. She takes the fluid out of the lung. She shows how to manage the respiratory machine. The same patient had diabetic, she has vacuum assisted closure a wound (VAC) to decreasing air pressure around a wound.
