All of Anna’s interactions with Dominic have appeared to be professional and appropriate. Today, following the group session, Anna excuses herself to take her lunch break. A few minutes later, passing Dominic’s room, you notice that the door is shut but you hear a female voice coming from inside. You knock and open the door, and see Anna jump up off of Dominic’s lap, and quickly adjust her clothing.
