On further questioning , the client also reports chills , headache , dizziness , and lower extremity edema . Medications include metformin , aspirin , atorvastatin , lisinopril , and latanoprost eye drops . There are no known drug allergies . Social history is negative for tobacco , ethyl alcohol (ETOH ), or illicit drug use . Vital signs are temperature 101.4 F (38.6 C ), heart rate of 104 beats per minute , respiratory rate of 26 breaths per minute , blood pressure of 116/78 , and pulse oximetry reading of 94 % .
