Last exam was1 year ago; he recalls being told his blood pressure was on the high side once. He has no idea what his BP runs now. Admits to eating “on the run” and “whatever is easy.” Subjective: Meds: •none except for occasional Tums for heartburn. Allergies: •NKDA, food allergies, or environmental… FH: •both parents with HTN •paternal uncle died of MI at 50 years of age •62 year old brother has HTN and had MI 2 yrs ago.
