She has had seven lifetime sexual partners, both male and female. She states her vaccines are current but denies ever having the HPV vaccine. Her BMI is 23, and her vital signs are normal. She has not had her menses or any vaginal bleeding for 1 year. She drinks 6 to 12 alcoholic drinks per week, smokes “occasionally” on weekends, and does not use drugs.
