In the morning of day three of Millie’s admission the night nurse reports that the patient was very restless all night and they had to pull her up the bed several times as she kept sliding to the end of the bed. she was medicated with oxycodone for pain at 7 pm and again at 3 am. she is lethargic in the morning and eats < 25% of breakfast. just before lunch, physical therapy comes to work with her and reports she is agitated and refuses to get out of bed. upon assessment the patient is crying and saying ''there are spikes in my bed' PT has ordered a Medline total lift for a transfer and a 2 person assist for bed mobility.  Based on this data what concerns you about this patient in relation to the development of pressure injuries?   what additional services would you get on board at this point in this case? SCIENCE HEALTH SCIENCE NURSING NURSING 00
