A 29 year old female presents with complaints of right shoulder and neck pain. She does not recall any specific injury however she is an accountant and reports that she has been very busy the past 2 months working long days, mostly in front of a computer. When asked, she admits to feeling some tingling into her right thumb and index finger and has felt an overall heaviness in her right arm compared to her left.
