The physician orders that the patient take Gravol 25 mg PO TID PRN. Available: Gravol 50 mg/tab. You have just started your shift @ 0700hrs and assessed your patient’s vitals at 0800hrs and did a full assessment. The patient reports feeling nauseous. Available: Gravol 50 mg/tab. How many tablets will you prepare?
