The patient is admitted with intractable epilepsy with status epilepticus. The patient has a history of diabetic neuropathy and a past history of colon cancer 20 years ago. The patient is maintained on metformin for the diabetes. Assign ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS for this case. (Hint: Diagnosis: Four codes. Is the principal diagnosis with or without status epilepticus?
