A 48 years old man comes to the office with complaint of chest pain. His job is very stressful because he is a top executive at his law firm. The pain was described as sudden and goes away by itself. He thought that he has a heart attack when it happened. The pain is not related to exertion, associated with nausea or vomiting, has mild shortness of breath, and no radiation beyond the chest.
