The patient has chronic tonsillitis and chronic maxillary sinusitis. The patient comes to the outpatient clinic for tonsillectomy, external procedure, and partial bilateral maxillary sinusectomy, percutaneous endoscopically. Assign ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS for this case. (Hint: Diagnosis: Two codes. Either diagnosis can be coded first. However, be sure the corresponding procedures match the respective diagnoses.
