Subjective Data: This patient is a 65-year-old Caucasian woman presenting to the clinic complaining of severe wheezing, dyspnea, and a cough. The patient reports she has had asthma attacks frequently, at least four times a week for the past two months. The patient reported using her albuterol inhaler once today. The patient reports she was discharged from the hospital 10 weeks ago, following a motor vehicle accident. She reports a seizure 2 weeks after her motor vehicle accident, she is taking antiseizure medication (phenytoin) with no reoccurrence of seizures since.
