You are in the middle of a busy day at urgent care. You see a patient on your schedule with a chief complaint of fatigue and lightheadedness. You go into a clinic room and see Tom who appears quite fatigued. Throughout the visit, Tom tells you that Mary is doing great with the interventions that you provided her during her last visit. Tom is a 35 year old Hispanic man. He notes that he has been feeling malaise, nauseous, with intermittent abdominal pain for “a few months now”. He denies fever pain, and sick contact. Tom reports he has no energy and seems to be hungry a lot.
