If a patient was exposed to Carbon Monoxide poisoning, and his levels are 12-25%, and remains asymptomatic. What would be the appropriate treatment for this patient? * 2 points Since the patient is asymptomatic, no treatment, observe him for 30 mins and reassess then. Since the patient is asymptomatic, he does not require any treatment. Since the patient is with CO levels that are within critical boundaries high flow oxygen and immediate transport to hospital. Since the patient is asymptomatic with a CO level 12-25% administer high flow oxygen for 30 mins. and then reassess.
