AGE:68, Male DIAGNOSIS: Acute Kidney Injury & Vertigo History: The patient has Acute Kidney Injury due to insufficient fluid intake. Vertigo was diagnosed due to the patient’s symptoms of spinning and whirling when the patient goes from a sitting position to standing, which makes the patient fall risk. LIVING ARRANGMENTS: The patient lives on his own, the patient’s intake was low due to living alone and not properly taking care of himself.
