You are caring for a patient with HIV/AIDS. Choose one (1) of the following topics regarding the disease to educate your client on:

· Disease progression

· Medications/alternative therapies

· Complications

For this discussion you will create a teaching video to include the topic you have chosen. You will start with a brief description of the disease, followed by your educational topic and close with when your client should seek care. Do not forget to evaluate your client’s understanding of the education you have provided. Make sure you are educating at a level the client can understand (avoid medical terminology when possible). Students need to include a transcript with their video and support their information with evidence.
