A 36-year-old woman has had asthma since childhood. She is treated with inhaled corticosteroids, a long-acting bronchodilator, and uses a rescue inhaler. In the last several months, her exacerbations have gotten more frequent, and worse, and she has required frequent oral steroid therapy. She is coughing up brown mucous plugs intermittently. She has not had a fever or chills, and she seems to improve with oral steroid therapy. She has not had myalgias or arthralgias. Her CBC reveals 15% eosinophils and she has an elevated IgE level. On CT scanning of chest, she is found to have bronchiectasis. Which of the following is the most likely diagnosis? rheumatoid arthritis, coccidiomycosis, eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis, or allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis
