PLEASE HELP!!! how will a health history be for a 34 yo female with 3 pregnancies, she had pre-eclampsia in her last pregnancy 8 months ago and was hospitalized at 6mo into her pregnancy for a week. After birth she was again hospitalized for pre-eclampsia’s but since then she’s been fine. HTN, she lives a good health life. Exercise 5 times a week she loves when her husband and children join her when she exercises, eats a pescatarian diet. Family history of HTN (father & mother) and diabetes(mother), Two out of five sister have asthma. The medication she take is her HTN meds and daily Muti-vitamin. She is the younger of five siblings all girls. She is a head start teacher. She was born and raised Orland Park, IL where she currently resides now. She believes being health means being happy emotionally, mentally and to have wellness physically. She is advised by her primary care provider to exercise 3-4 times a week, continue to eat healthy meals and to check her blood pressure weekly. She is a Christian and a big believer in God and prays on a daily basis’s. She believes God answer all prayers. She believes he died for us to make mistakes and that he’ll always forgive us for our sin. Overall, she’s in good spirits. Speech, behavior, mood, alertness, appearance and cognitive function are all within normal range for age and gender.
