Mrs. Rose is on bed rest with bathroom privileges. She is slightly confused and sometimes becomes frightened. Her coccyx and heels are red as well as her scapula. She becomes short of breath when the head of her bed is lowered below a semi fowlers position. Her pain level is 6/10 right now. The nurse has been unable to perform ROM on her right hip because of this. She has been incontinent of urine and feces and needs a complete bath, including mouth and denture care and pericare.
