Previously SOB at 20 feet. His weight has increased 6lbs in 4 days. Crackles are heard in the posterior bilateral lower lung bases. He is compliant with medication. For the most part, he is compliant with his 2gm Na diet, with the exception of eating ham for dinner two days ago. Orders are placed to place the patient on continuous telemonitoring and administer IV hydralazine 10mg every 8hours PRN for blood pressure with a systolic 180 and over. Administer 2L of oxygen via nasal cannula and titrate to maintain oxygen saturation above 94%. Draw labs for a CMP, CBC, and BNP. Get a chest x-ray
