Mary is the administrator for a 2 physician doctor’s office in a Managed Care plan. Before the Covid pandemic, her office saw 60 patients per day, but during the pandemic it saw over 120 patients a day (double!!!) Unfortunately, the office cannot bill anyone more than the usual 5$ copay, and the Managed Care Plan will not give them anymore money despite seeing more patients.  Using the Systems Model and the Iron Triangle Model, explain to me the situation that exists.
