A new and distinctive shape was given to the emerging societies of nineteenth-century Europe and the Americas by the through the Atlantic revolutions and their echoes. Because of the revolutions there were now more enlightenment and everyone agreed in political ideas in the newly formed countries. And with these new developments persons were now bold and began to have thoughts about other movements and Government which later on led to new ideas.
