Hi please can you help me on how I should answer these questions with this scenario ?
A service user has been taking 150mg of paliperidone intramuscular injection monthly, over the last two years. It was established that this was the highest recommended dose. The service user continued to have hallucinations and was prescribed diazepam 5mg daily, which he has been taking for the last 6 months, to help manage his restlessness and periodic jerky movements. He is also prescribed risperidone 2mg daily prn (risperidone is broken down in the liver to paliperidone). He had no other medications.
