Formulate atleast 3 NCP for A pregnant who is diagnosed with Pre-eclampsia and due to having a blood pressure of 160/100 mmHg and then was diagnosed with pre-eclampsia. The patient has an elevated blood pressure within the 3 days of monitoring her vital signs specifically her blood pressure. The patient stated that she had occurrence of severe headache, edema is evident on face as well as both feets, and blurring of visions. For her diet, she eats a lot of vegetable and fruits and drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Aside from walking as a form of exercise, she also loves gardening like watering the plants and arranging its landscape. She further verbalized that she had no vices and sleeps at least 8-9 hours a day.
