Felicia is a 14 year old female who presents to your clinic with concerns of being pregnant. She currently lives with her legal guardians (Aunt and Uncle) and fear to tell them she’s pregnant due to they are very religious and is afraid they will kick her out. She now feels safe living with them and is happy to be away from her mother’s boyfriend whom would come into her room and touch her at night. She states she doesn’t want this baby inside of her anymore and thinking about termination.
What are her differential diagnoses’ to consider and why?
What is your treatment plan?
