I am developing a strategic plan. The Strategic plan issue is increasing the nursing workforce by recruiting and retaining new graduate nurses. The strategy is Develop a Student Nurse Residency Program.Â
I need help identifying 2-3 strategies for each objective below.

Objective 1.1- Develop partnerships with local colleges and universities to increase the pool of prospective residents.
