His secondary diagnosis was Hypothyroidism, iron deficiency due to chronic blood loss, GERD, HTN, dementia and left knee injury, initial encounter. Grew up in a difficult situation (foster care). He was married for 26 years but get divorce because he was abuse for 26 years by his wife. He as 2 kids. After divorce he had a solid relationship with John for 5 years and John passe away.
