-please include in-text reference all through out. Thank you.
1. Describe the health claim. why you made your decision about whether it is true or not, and describe at least 5 pros and cons of the claim. please include in text -reference and reference list.
2. Describe why the claim might be considered true by some people based on peer reviewed research.
3. Using research from reliable sources (Health Canada, Academic Journals, Alberta Health, dieticians of Canada)
What are some key arguments for why this health claim is true or not true.
For example: It is recommended for pregnant women to exercise throughout their pregnancy if they don’t have complications, although they should check with their doctors before starting an exercise program (Healthwise Staff, 2016). Healthwise Staff (2016) has used research in their recommendations from the Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada (SOGC); therefore I believe that it is safe for most women to exercise during pregnancy because both HealthLink BC where the Healthwise Staff work and SOGC are reliable sources of information.
4. Write about why as a health care professional it is important to check sources of information, dates, and know what the most current research is saying?
