Some relationships of diet to health would be the diet of consuming red meat in relation to health of the heart and diabetes. Red meat contains fatty components that clog your arteries through plaque buildup which is why this can lower your health by causing increased blood pressure and heart disease risk. Overconsumption of carbohydrates can cause weigt gain so if your diet is not well balanced this can result in my health problems due to obesity.
