The provider should: A- Increase the cefaclor dosage to address a possible GI infection B- Recommend taking problematic supplements 1 hour before or 2 hours after each antibiotic dose C- Order stool tests for clostridium difficile D- Reassure the patient that GI upset is common with antibiotic and recommend taking dose with food to minimize these symptoms
