You are finishing your post-op assessment of Mrs. Doyle and she is complaining of 5/10 pain to her left hip incision area. She states the Morphine made her very nauseated.
You Complete your assessment and then prepare to administer her some IV Gravol for nausea and possibly more Morphine for her nausea and pain.
While preparing the IV Gravol and Morphine you see that the order is incomplete. You need to clarify the Morphine order with the physician.
