Mr Price is a 42 year old male who presents with c/o nausea and vomiting. This started the night before last a couple of hours after eating dinner. He states the vomit was “normal looking” which he means contained digested foot and has not been associated with meals. He has not eaten much in the last 36 hours. He is also c/o cramping pain that is near his umbilicus but is poorly localized. The pain is severe 8/10 and he gets some relief from the pain after vomiting. He feels generally unwell and is unsure if he had a fever, no night sweats and no sick contacts. No recent travel. He moved his bowels yesterday but no gas or stool today.
