Mrs Chien is a 74 year old woman admitted to the subacute unit yesterday for cardiac rehab. She had an MI one week ago and underwent a CABG. She is A O X 3, gets a little SOB on exertion. She is 96% on 02 at 2L. She reports pain 3/10 in the right leg and midsternal chest area. Last oxycodone @ 0230. Her blood sugars have been in the 110-170 range with sliding scale coverage. BS this am 128-she was covered with 2 units. Her VS were stable at midnight (see chart for details). Admitting/Primary Diagnosis: Myocardial Infarction s/p Coronary Artery Bypass Graft. 1.
