She states before she noticed the rash the skin was tender to touch and itching. This morning she noticed blisters on her skin, and she is having burning, itching, and pain where the rash developed. She has not had any changes in lotions, soaps, or laundry detergents. She is not on any new medication. She is up to date on all vaccines including Shingrix (received 2 vaccines about 3 years ago). She did have chicken pox as a child. V/S: B/P 134/70, HR 80, RR 17, Temp 97.9 Ht: 68″ Wt: 194lbs.
