Postoperative Diagnosis: Same Title of Procedure: Tonsillectomy and Adenoidectomy and examination under anesthesia ears, bilaterally, right myringotomy Anesthesia: General endotracheal anesthesia. Findings: 3 tonsils and 3 adenoids.1. Normal palate.2. Right ear: Dull, but no fluid, Left ear: translucent . none.3. Specimens: Tonsils Estimated Blood Loss: 5 cc . Complications: None. Condition: Stable to recovery. Indications: Adenotonsillar hypertrophy with obstruction and Recurrent otitis.
