Since then, she has continued to use her albuterol daily and now reports waking at least once a week with asthma symptoms. Aside from albuterol, LM takes a medium dose inhaled corticosteroid twice a day (fluticasone), multivitamin, ibuprofen as needed for migraines, and propranolol 20mg PO BID, which was initiated about 4 months ago for migraine prophylaxis. 1.
