She states she has been under a lot of stress lately and has been feeling very tired. She has noticed that she has had a lot of mild abdominal pain for the past month and has also noticed that her bowel motions are at times looking somewhat darker than usual. Julie presented to Emergency Department complaining of abdominal pain that is worse than normal. Regular medications include Warfarin 2mg nocte, Ibuprofen 400mg tds, Cimetidine 400mg QID& Mylanta prn.
