The nurse then lays his hands face up, fat on Red’s knees, “Alright, show me.” Red slowly puts her hand out to show the nurse exactly what happened. The nurse takes a closer examination and smiles, “Well, good news is you’re going to be alright.” Red, half-jokingly says, “Hurts like hell though…” The male nurse unlocks the first aid kit and grabs a disinfectant wipe and looks up at Red, “I’m warning you now – this might sting for a second. You ready?” Red then nodes her head and the male nurse starts to pad at the blood and wound area with the disinfectant pad. “Shit…” Red says, under her breath and through her teeth that are gritting together from the intense pain.
