WORKPLACE PROJECT To complete this task, you will require the following: • Access to your workplace or simulated environment • Access to three clients in your workplace • Access to three individual support services plans • Supervisor’s permission form for each client (see end of this task) • Access to a computer (if you prefer to type out your answers). Instruction: Before you begin this task you must obtain permission from your supervisor to work with three clients. Ask your supervisor to sign the permission form at the end of this task.
