In Sri Lanka, there is a huge access to maternal health care. Sri Lanka provides free services to the whole population, even in places like rural areas and small cities. The United States on the other hand does the opposite and does not focus on community care for pregnant women but use medical centers and clinics which is not effective for a good outcome.
