I graduated from Auburn University with my bachelors in Animal science-pre vet and a minor in public health. There are many factors that, I believe, contribute to good health. Nutrition is a key factor in providing our bodies with the fundamental elements it need to operate properly. Vital vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients help to strengthen the immune system and promote overall wellbeing. Frequent exercise helps to strengthen muscles, promotes better mental health, helps maintain a healthy weight, and improves cardiovascular health. Additionally, physical activity aids in preventing chronic diseases and promoting longevity. Lastly, I believe adequate sleep is necessary for both the body and mind, as it promotes emotional stability, cognitive function, and immune health. Inadequate sleep has been linked to a number of health problems, such as a weak immune system and a higher chance of developing chronic illnesses. While there are many good factors that can contribute to good health, there are many that can contribute to poor health. Improper, unbalanced nutrition can weaken the immune system and increase the risk of developing other chronic illnesses, especially
