79-year-old with complaints of urinary symptoms. Past medical history significant for COPD, diabetes, and CAD. Main complaint today is urinary burning and frequency. She is afebrile, HEENT unremarkable. Chest, heart, GI exam all negative. Urinalysis was positive for urinary tract infection.
