Dilemma 13 John, a nursing assistant was taking care of Martha last evening when she fell and hit her head against the 3- drawer chest. John forgot the put the side rail up when he turned Martha. As a result, she rolled right out of bed on the floor. John did not say anything to anyone and has since worked with Martha twice since the event. Martha who is fully alert and oriented told the nurse about the event when the night shift nurse asked about the bruise on her forehead. Martha is sent to the emergency room where it is discovered that she has a frontal lobe bleed.
