You will work together as a team to conduct a mini community asset assessment. Often times we focus on what is lacking within a community (deficits), and not the strengths of the community (assets). As a team, you will identify people, groups, organizations, and resources within your defined zip code that are assets to the community. You will talk to community members to identify what they believe the important health issues are within the community.
