You move closer and sit next to Maggie and ask her if she if feeling okay. Maggie tells you that she can’t eat anything because her mouth is too sore. Maggie then takes her dentures out and shows you her mouth. You immediately observe that Maggie’s dentures are covered in food, look unhygienic, and have an unpleasant odour.
