Please help complete this corrective measure: 1/12/2024 Joint Commission Corrective Measure On 1/12/2024 Bronx Psychiatry Center had a Joint commission survey, and the following was one the corrective measure that was required by surveyors to correct: Admission nursing assessment was missing rationales/ description in the alert section for patient………… Jacho therefore recommended a corrective measure be done to rectify the issue to avoid such occurrences. The nursing department therefore acted by meeting with the admission nurse. The nurse Mr. Uhunmwangho meet with the director of Nursing Ms. Sainvail- Wilson, and Nurse educator Ms. Clara shamatanga on 1/ 12/2024. The focus of the meeting was to ensure that the nurse was educated on the nursing assessment .
