The EBP team at your hospital has noticed that ventilator-associated pneumonia in patients intubated and on a ventilator 3 days or more is high. Other agencies have started using two different interventions: a chlorhexidine mouthwash protocol or probiotic mouthwash protocol. What would be the appropriate clinical question (PICOT) to ask? a.
